CEZ ESCO Romania offers solutions to improve energy efficiency in the private sector especially for companies and industry.

The company offers comprehensive services – from energy advisory to solutions for supply of heat and electricity, from project management for complex energy sources projects (in particular cogeneration units, gas boilers and photovoltaic installations), as well as lighting. For specific cases might be added the possibility of project financing in EPC system (meaning investment repaid with funds obtained thanks to energy savings). Energy Performance Contract is a turnkey service, sometimes compared to design/build construction contracting which provides customers with a comprehensive set of energy efficiency, renewable energy and distributed generation measures and often is accompanied with guarantees that the savings produced by a project will be sufficient to finance the full cost of the project. A typical EPC project is delivered by an Energy Service Company (ESCO).
